Mr. Zunker recently joined the Lynd team as a Partner and President of Lynd Development Partners where he is responsible for overseeing the execution and growth of Lynd’s development platform. With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, he spent the past 7 years at Embrey Partners, a regional multifamily development, construction, and management company. As a Senior Development Partner, Mr. Zunker was responsible for the development of over 2,700 units valued at more than $305 million in San Antonio, Dallas, Houston, and Phoenix. His responsibilities included site identification, financial analysis, securing entitlements, design coordination, and overseeing the implementation of the development business plan through asset disposition. He was also significantly involved in the equity and debt financing of projects and brings an extensive network of capital relationships to Lynd. Prior to Embrey, he worked at Arthur Anderson with several Fortune 500 clients.

 

Mr. Zunker is a CPA and earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He earned his BBA from Texas Lutheran University with dual degrees in accounting and marketing and was inducted into the Athletics Hall of Fame for his contributions to the baseball program. He currently serves on the Advisory Council for the Real Estate and Finance Center at UT Austin and is a member of ULI.
